I am very passionate about working with clients who, maybe like you, are often confused and frustrated, and who come to see me after they have "tried it all" - "quick fixes" included - to reach their goals, be it for weight loss and how to get sustainable results with a healthy diet and lifestyle changes, how to get their digestion working smoothly again and regain that lost vitality, or something completely different !

 

We usually work together to get an in-depth idea of their situation, and we implement step by step recommendations which are doable and easy to fit into and around their busy lives without feelings of overwhelm !

 

I am a Functional Nutrition Consultant (BSc Nutritional Therapy), registered with the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), and am a member of The Institute For Functional Medicine (IFM). I keep myself informed by reading research papers, articles and by following continued professional education in the fields of nutrition, lifestyle and health !
